I love reading about your past experiences in Paris. When you described your first apartment building and the various neighbors in such vivid detail, I felt like I was right there.
I'm curious about Paris real estate - renting vs buying as an American. Are renovations as difficult as I read they are. How did you decide the area where you live? Thanks!
Yay! Exciting! But no pressure at all, of course. Would love to know what to buy and where from you, an insider I.e. fabrics, fixtures, decorative items, art (affordable) etc. where to shop like the locals. Maybe even interviews with French people (friends, neighbors, etc) on their own interior style, history of quintessential french designs such as toile de jouy, how to incorporate color and pattern like French etc. I hope this makes sense- typing fast before baby wakes! Ha!
Thank you, Nicole! This is a wonderful list and I will definitely address some if not all of your ideas. It's funny how kids/nap time can make us very productive in a flash. Ha ha!

Thank you, Colleen! That first apartment building was very filled with colorful personalities! I have so many more stories to share!
I’d love to know where do you buy furniture? We are considering moving to Paris and would prefer to rent an unfinished apartment. Thank you!
Thank you! I will add this to my list!

Great idea! I plan to do a post about finding an apartment both for a rental and buying and will be sure to include your questions!
We just bought and went thru the process. As well as found a local French designer 😳
Ok last one I promise- your fav French books, coffee table books, shows, movies, music, cookbooks etc. these things make a home a home too!
Restaurants and cafes with inspirational interior design too!

Oh my goodness yes! Infact the more children I have, the more efficient I become. Go figure.
